Become A legend: Metaprimus

my entry for 's "become a legend" contest [ [link] ] , a legendary evolution of metagross.

Many millenniums ago 2 Metagross were exploring one of the many caves in the mountain on which they lived. They were simply enjoying themselves, exploring deeper and deeper into the cave. They were nearly 500 ft under when suddenly they heard an incredibly large noise. There was a cave-in and the 2 Metagross were stuck hundreds of feet under ground with no way out. There was no chance of them going back so they decided to continue their trek deeper underground. After a while they discovered a complete underground world were millions of Pokemon had thrived for centuries. The 2 figured this was good a place as any to live in peace, since there was plenty of food and shelter. The only problem was that there were some Pokemon far to powerful for them to defeat, so the 2 became very dependent on each other to survive. So dependent in fact that over the thousands of years the 2 Metagross were eventually able to achieve fusion, much like 2 Beldum fuse to make a Metang, and 2 Metang to make a Metagross, which was that to be impossible. This one Pokemon, Metaprimus, had 8 brains, four from each Metagross, making it the most intelligent Pokemon on earth, even giving him incredible psychic abilities such as mind reading, telepathic communication (with Pokemon and humans), and even mind control. He also gained 8 legs, and 4 eyes, giving him the appearance of a large arachnid. This fact seemed to amuse him, so he decided to shape his form further into that of an arachnid, with what look like pincers, and even a way to create webbing using excess steal from his body, which gave him a much more fearsome appearance, to strike fear in the hearts of his enemies. He soon became the ruler and overlord of the underground world that he lived in, all obeyed him and bowed to his superior intellect. Over the centuries he grew in power (and size) to unimaginable lengths. Finally, after years of ruling the underground world, Metaprimus decided it was time to break out of the cave and begin his rein over the world above...


note: i refer to metaprimus as him, even though he is technically genderless, "he" just sounds better then "it" imo
